UK Rehabilitation Manual
All hard-shelled turtles must be presumed to be cold-stunned if found alive stranded on the UK or Irish shores and should be recovered to the nearest facility for rehabilitation as soon as possible.
The UK Rehabilitation Manual still exists as a 'draft' document. Although it has not been finalised there is some very useful information contained within the manual for immediate care.
